Depending on how secure you want will depend on what software you can use. If you use windows 7 i believe you can set it up to access a remote computer and run the remote pc as if you were there (to a point). There are other remote software just google remote access and that should point you in the right direction.

Streaming software not sure about but you can look on cnet.com for that and also remote access software. Try the demo or free software first before paying.
