I don't often check my private messages as many are questions that should be posted here.
This one I didn't know so wonder if the members can help.
Is it legal to buy Viagra or Cyallius over the internet, and if so how much are you allowed to buy?
My own thoughts is this would be illegal if bringing into Australia.

Not that I would need to ;D but my understanding is you can bring it into Aus for "personal" use. Customs don't worry about it as long as the quantity is small. I think if you bough in enough to resell then you would be breaking the law and it would be confiscated
 
There are several things to keep in mind:
  • In Australia it is illegal to advertise prescription drugs to consumers, so websites advertising Viagra etc. are technically illegal here.
  • It is however legal to purchase drugs from overseas, even if they are not drugs that are available in Australia, so long as they are not actually listed here as prohibited substances.
  • There are two types of websites offering Viagra etc. the first being "pseudo-legal": they'll provide information, packaging etc so that customs can see what it is (and apply any applicable taxes), the second being "nowhere near legal": they'll disguise or alter the product being sent in order to bypass customs. In either case, you have no idea what the pills actually are, unless you take them to a lab for verification. Or just take them and see what happens.
  • If you buy something from a website and something goes wrong, then you have virtually zero chance of being able to do anything about it.
As Kmanwa said, if a person buys small quantities, they are unlikely to have any legal problems other than paying import taxes. It'll be a problem if they try and import a large quantity, or lots of little quantities.

Out of curiosity what does Cyallius cost and how many tablets will a doctor prescibe if you go to the doctor in Australia?
