AMP Prices - Legit vs Extras

What are you thoughts on AMP prices. Comparing the legit vs extras shop.
When I see a shop charging more than $80/hr, I'm assuming its a legit shop.
Anything under $75 there is a good chance of extra services.
Obviously if they have Hicaps, then possibly legit too.

Most AMP’s are $75 or $80 for an hour now, I don’t think I’d be using that as my barometer.
 
My experience of 'legit' shops is that current rates are between $85/hr and $95/hr ... those with HICAPS might charge you an additional $10 to cover the auditing requirements for HICAPS ... strictly speaking, HICAPS (private health insurance) is intended only for remedial massage (i.e. treatment of a specific anatomy issue) and is not condoned by insurers for common full body massage.
