Many ads ask for enquiries to include certain information, such as name and age.

It's commonly said that workers frequently adjust their age a little or more significantly as they get older, perhaps based upon what they think they might get away with. I just wondered if punters were expected to do the same, maybe just adding or subtracting 2-3 years to be closer to the age of the person they hope to see? Or is it expected that punters should give their actual age without adjustment or embellishment hoping to seem that bit more attractive to the person they are trying to book without saying a number that will seem like they were playing games when they turn up?

What about name, would you be upset if you glimsed maybe a card or license in a wallet and saw a slightly different name than what was given? Is it like with escorts where a fake name is fine as long as the person responds to it and isn't providing a fake name with the intent to deceive?

Do you not care about either, and if so and if you ask anyway, is it like just a test to see who is reading and following directions?

For me, I view it as more of a comfort thing.. The more you know about the person the easier it is to meet the person, knowing what to expect etc. Especially if you're meeting them downstairs for an escort / outcall booking or a dinner date, etc. Even if the age isn't exact, it's nice to know who you will be spending your time with. Age wise - some ladies might find it hard to see young / older guys and for the sake of a successful and comfortable booking on both ends - if the lady knows your age they might politely decline dependent on your age if they aren't comfortable! I couldn’t care about the name, while the actually age is not necessary but needs to be within reason. Thinking your are meeting a 25 YO and when when a 45 YO open the door that’s not something I condone. That’s fraud

I use a nom de guerre when punting, but always give my true age.

I am an older bloke (60s), and if the lady has any aversion to seeing older blokes, I would prefer to know up front so that I can find another lady.
