I am planning on visiting Perth for a few days and looking for suggestions for accommodation. An apartment or Stayz holiday rental.
Work-friendly accommodation added a bonus. Having never visited the beautiful City I have no idea where to start

It would depend on where you want to base yourself - ie in the city centre, inner suburbs or out towards the coast. Perth has plenty of serviced apartments like Quest scattered throughout the metropolitan area including the CBD too.

Within the CBD then there are two Mantra Serviced Apartments, Frasers Serviced Apartments and several Quest Apartments. I would look at a booking site such as Wotif as there may be other ones that take your fancy. Also depends on your budget too.
These are beautiful but not work friendly apartments. You will have to go down and collect your client. x

The Mont Clare Boutique Apartments are work friendly. The colour schemes of the room are a bit meh and outdated but no need to collect your client.
