Ab.....circle....pro

After many months of this ad on tv, the one where they push, for the gut buster called the Ab Circle Pro.Does it really work ?. On the ad, we have a lady, whose boobs are pushed up to the limits, to make the look larger and a slim waist, telling us that it really works.

Has anyone had the chance of using this device and did it help you out ?

Haven't used it myself but i don't trust any of those infomercials. I bet if you ever met those models in those ads they'll tell ya they got their 6 packs by proper gym exercises with specific diet and supplements.

For what it is worth, I am inclined to agree with Spearow. You can only get good looking abs by watching what and how much you eat and doing enough of the right kind of exercises. Whatever kind of machine or device you employ sweat and a bit of sacrifice is going to be involved

If you were completely sedentary and did no abs work then maybe it might work. The problem with it is that once you have momentum the machines ceases to really engage the abdominal muscle groups. The other guys are right if you want abs low body fat is what shows them up why do you think bodybuilders have such strict diets.

Try this a lot cheaper and better on the spine and ive got one and well i got the results to prove it. The ab wheel.

My sister brought it and I was like haha u got sucked in then I tried it and boy does it work those abs! I havent used it enough to actually see results but you def feel the burn when ur using it!
