my favourite bread is plain paratha.
again, it's a bit more time consuming, but worth it.
must try making a stuffed one like methi or paneer.
love them with a glass of sweet lassi
nB just noticed a parrota as well, might give that a go.
never seen that in an indian restaurant over here.
