Less service, less branches, less everything, I'm going to close my account and hope everyone else does the same, and lets see how they go with less customers
 
I imagine that the CBA strategy is very much aimed at getting rid of Bankwest even if it means losing their customers. The overheads and costs of maintaining two admins, info systems, staff arrangements etc, etc, under their ownership probably eating into their quadrillions of yearly profits.
