it will no doubt be solved legally, however, no escaping someone is going to be hurt unfortunately

Yes, you are right - but legal solutions are not necessarily the best for the people involved.

Yes it's going to be interesting to see how they decide to handle this one and I feel very sorry for the people involved.
I guess unless the families can sort it out privately, court will be the only option
