So I have been seeing a few "4 hands" advertised lately and I know it is two lovely ladies doing the massage... but what happens with the extras... do they both partake... does one leave... does one watch and provide tips... more to the point is it 2 x the cost for extras?

Normally the extras are x 2 as there are two girls both giving the extra services you require.
 
And "friend", they will always ask for 2 times the service, but rarely supply what was paid for, usually 1 stays clothed, other times 1 leaves to work on another punter, or 1 does the work and the other the talk

In my experience 2 hands is always twice the amount.
