Hide cash my neighbours are renting through salvo care they will break in and find the money and steal the money like everything else of mine they have stolen.

There are many good reasons why someone wouldn't want their money in a bank, and some of them are even legal

In the days when we got paid cash money in a little envelope (are you old enough to remember that !?), whenever I got a bonus and had extra cash I used to unscrew the back off the old defunct beer fridge on the back verandah, slide the money (in a bigger envelope) inside and screw the back on again.
Just have to make sure you don't stick the old fridge on the verge for a Council collection !
