They are Boob's and they are what they are. No Surgery are the best type IMO
Yes enhancement looks impressive, I prefer smaller B Cup and C Cup to play with when I request some hired assistance.
If I wanted big boobs, I'd just stay home and fuck wifey No 4

Confidence in what you already have is the key IMO

One of the Langtrees ladies who worked some time ago had hers done at Yanhee. It's a hospital that specialises in cosmetic surgery. Bumrungrad is a 5 star international hospital which also has excellent cosmetic surgery https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/centers/plastic-surgery-cosmetic-center-bangkok-thailand It was always my hospital of choice in Thailand.

I've had the pleasure of having contact with many pairs of breasts over the years, large, medium small, natural and augmented. They are all lovely of course but whether to have them augmented or not is purely the decision of the person who is considering having the procedure. Our opinion as punters is not really relevant. Of course we can say we like or dislike augmented breasts (I like them all) but the decision to have them augmented rests with only one person.

Just remember they have a lifespan and can require to be redone perhaps every 10 years. That is an on going cost and disruption.
