I had a massage recently where there was the most vocal punter in one of the other rooms. The masseuse tried to turn the music up at least 5 times, but the punter just raised his volume as well. The masseuse eventually gave up and just giggled every time she heard another pronounced OOOOOHHH...

I also prefer a shop... But it can sometimes be hard to relax in a shop if there are other customers coming and going...

Does any know if Pim is still around? She used to work out of a place on Canning Highway near Riseley Street. I had a few thorough and unrushed massages from her.
