is it possible for a woman to have an orgasm and not cum is the amount the same for every body or does it increase or decrease according to various factors eg age health etc

for me, orgasm intensities varies for many different reasons.
also my orgasms are different between a clittoral orgasm, and a vaginal/sex orgasm. (yes I am one of those lucky few)
tirdness, sexiness, being into it, etc... all vary the orgasm. esp stress..
like sometimes i squirt, and sometimes i dont.
