Spring has sprung; feeling frisky?

So we're a couple of weeks into Spring, one of my top three favourite seasons (not a fan of Winter) and which is popularly associated with nearly every creature getting it on with renewed vigour. But do you actually feel any friskier than you did a month or two ago? Are you having more sex now than you did then, just due to the change of season?

I have never been convinced that it has any special effect on me: I seem to maintain a pretty steady state of horniness throughout the year. Perhaps the sense of optimism that flowering plants and warmer weather bring adds a slight spring in my step (shameless pun intended) as I visit my regular ML/WLs, but that's about it. And maybe seeing more miniskirts and low-cut dresses on the street also helps the juices flow a bit more freely.

Did you know?

In 2009:
  • More babies were born in October than in any other month
  • More male babies were born than female (51.4% male, 48.5% female)
  • 75% of women who went into labour had painkilling drugs administered
  • Over 8% of babies were born preterm (before 37 completed weeks gestation)
  • 31.5% of women gave birth by caesarean section
  • The average duration of pregnancy was 38.8 weeks
  • 1.6% of all mothers had a multiple delivery (twins or more)

Interesting stats, so baby-making peaked in January (that year anyway), but presumably other bonking carried on at other times of the year and conceivably could've been greater too, just didn't result in as many sprogs.

Tis spring and your frisky is malarkey
critters generally get frisky in the winter so they have their young in the spring
So spring is spent running around looking after the results of that 5mins of fun (Dont mean to brag But I lasted 6minutes once)

I did say 'popularly associated with' -- I saw it in cartoons and such, so there.
