I always prefer neatly groomed appearance because proper grooming takes the ‘spotlight’ away from yourself. People can pay attention to you, and what you’re saying and REALLY get to know you as a person....

Neat and clean personality is must. If you are not neat and clean then i guess nobody wants to be close with you.
