Libido to high?

Yesterday I posted a thread on common herbs that help enhance your libido (or your partners).
Well this thread is for herbs that can help deflate an over inflated Libido.

  • Chasteberry – The name is quite a giveaway, right? Chasteberry has been used for years now to treat specific gynecological issues and breast health concerns. In men, it is believed to decrease libido through decreasing prolactin levels when given in small doses. In fact, was used in the old days by clergymen who had a vow of celibacy, and it helps keep their sexual urges to a minimum. However, there isn’t enough clinical evidence showing that this herb indeed decreases libido.
  • Rehmannia – This Chinese herb is used to “cure” people who have extremely high libido levels. You can also find in the same family what is called ligistrum, which is another libido suppressant. Skullcap, too, works on the nervous system, lowering blood pressure and making erections difficult to start and maintain.
  • Hops – This beer additive gives the drink its bitter flavor. It can also aid beyond intoxication – it can cause vaginal dryness in women and make it difficult to maintain an erection for men.
  • Valerian – This is used to calm the nervous system when there’s pain, and also to assist in sleep. Valerian has been used to treat premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms, but the results showed that it lowered libido in women. Scientific evidence is needed to prove this function, but valerian users have reported decreased libido while having this herbal therapy.
Or you can try these:

1. Camphor essential oil. Monks use this scent to keep them from desiring sex when they are trying to be chaste. One easy way to use this is to rub a "cold and flu" chest rub on you.

2. Marjoram essential oil. In some studies marjoram essential oil has been shown to decrease the libido in mice.
