I believe there is no set rule on deciding how long it should be till you let the guy to cum..

I generally prefer a long foreplay because i think that is the time when the emotional connection is developed.. which eventually makes the experience more enjoyable.
There have been a number of occasions where my guy would cum during the foreplay because of the intensity ... however I do have a generic principle... the more familiar I am with my client and the greater is the emotional connection.. the more I would let him cum during the appointment.
