Cosmetic & Surgical enhancement

Has this trend gone too far? It's getting hard to find a 'natural woman' these days (and yes some men are climbing on the same bus). I get that if there is some significant imperfection that can be improved it should be for the sake of a happy life and self confidence BUT how necessary are ridiculously large lips, massive rock hard bolt ons, eyebrows that never move etc to a happy fulfilling life? Are men that demanding of perfection (whatever that is) or are women that insecure and perfectionistic......or is it a combination of both?

Tend to like the more natural look myself. If there is a good reason for a touch up then I dont mind but a lot is just overdone.
