Private Room to Rent

hi everyone

I am currently looking for another private lady who is looking to rent a room for work.

At the moment I am based in North Adelaide, and have a 2 bedroom townhouse that is fully set up, all you need to bring is your own safe sex supplies.

I will be moving in mid Sept, and am looking for someone to who wants to rent a room on a regular basis.

Would prefer someone looking for a weekly rental situation, but will also consider those wanting casual use of a room.

Rent is 200- per week, and includes full use of your own bedroom, that is fully furnished. Townhouse is also fully furnished with all the amenities one would expect at somewhere you lived. (TV, DVD player, cd player, etc and a fully stocked kitchen and pantry, lounge, dining etc) All linen and towels are supplied and washed for you.

A set of keys will be provided on payment of 4 weeks bond.

Casual room use is available at 80 per day.

Included in rental cost is broadband internet access.
