Looks versus Enthusiasm: some musings.

This thread was born last Friday in the Charles Hotel while I was watching the Xotica girls performing. This little session of boobs and beer is my regular end of the week treat and I have enjoyed it for years.

There were four very attractive ladies performing but the two who got up close and personal with me were Paris and another litle blondie whose name I didn't catch.

Paris is the current Miss Nude Australia, a tall, leggy lass with a model's body, the face of an angel and the softest, most strokable mane of black hair you ever saw.

She stalked the room, sitting on laps,spreading herself out on the tables and, by the end of the show had several notes tucked into her G-string from gobsmacked punters. One of them was mine and this bought me a closeup dance followed by a quick peck on the cheek with her hair brushing against my face - good value.

Little blondie ( wish I knew her name) was pretty in a conventional way, a petite 5" nothing but perfectly proportioned with neat little breasts and an upswept hairdo straight out of the sixties.

By the end of the show she had probably collected more tips than the lovely Paris.

Why?

It was all about her approach. She had the friendliest, most open manner of any of the girls and went about the show in a playful and fun manner with a good bit of sexiness thrown in. She recognised me from a previous meeting and came straight over, hopping on my table and rubbing against me like a cat. After a tabletop dance she scooted towards me, gave me a big, enthusiastic hug and let me tuck my tip into her G-string. She did the same with all her men, always giving them that little bit of herself.

I should explain that there is a fairly strict no-touching rule at the Charles but if the girls initiate contact, a gentle hug or an arm around her shoulders is o.k. It is a working class pub but the guys are good with the girls and in several years I have only twice seen a guy get carried away and thrown out.

It occurred to me as I left that a similar situation occurs in the sex industry where the prettiest girls are not always the best choice. In some way, they seem to feel that their looks are enough and they don't have to bring anything else to the table.

The two best working ladies I have ever known were, of course, very attractive but neither the youngest or prettiest in the house. What set them head and shoulders above the rest was their willingness to give 110% to the encounter and make my time with them something special.

These days I still regularly see a couple of favourites but if I find myself choosing from a group I am always looking for the lady with that little spark of magic about her.
